Partnership Proposals Guidelines:

  • Autoscalp is not considering Venture Capital Proposals lower than 25 million euros.

  • Autoscalp is not interested in potential partners who lost more than 15% of their own principal.

  • Autoscalp is interested to examine partnership proposals in certain countries only.

  • Dcuments to be mutually signed: Non Circumvention Agreement and Non Disclosure Agreement.

  • Institutionals only can apply for partnership.


Self evaluation suggestion: if you are not a top level executive for the company you work for, you probably can't sign neither NDA nor NCA agreements on behalf of that company. If this is the case, ask your CEO to arrange himself a meeting instead as this would save time on both sides.
